About Me

Bio:

Michael Bruno graduated from St. Joseph Regional High School in 2005. He went on to attend Seton Hall University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and History, along with a New Jersey Teaching Certification with advanced standing.
 
Michael began his career at the Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, where he taught study skills and served as the Director of Admissions. He was soon promoted to Vice Principal.
 
In 2014, Michael earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University and was appointed Principal of the Academy for the 2014-2015 school year.
 
In 2016, he became the 8th Principal of St. Joseph Regional High School.

Teaching philosophy:

My passion for education stems from my desire to help others achieve their goals. Whether it's guiding students to excel in their exams or assisting teachers in delivering their best lessons, I find great fulfillment in seeing others succeed.

I complete a crossword puzzle each day.

The students and faculty create a welcoming environment.  As an alumnus of this school, I am excited to pass along our mission of developing the Vir Fidelis to the next generation of Green Knights.  The brotherhood is real.
